Qualifications
RN's, LPN's and CNA's must be licensed by the State of Connecticut, and must be current. All applicants must provide a physical, PPD, and police report. In addition, nurses must provide a malpractice insurance certificate, a CPR card, and an IV certificate if completed.
Application Checklist: This checklist will provide you a guideline to the materials you must submit to obtain positions with AAA Nursing Care. We need copies of the following with your application:
- Nursing License
- Malpractice Insurance Policy
- IV Certification
- Social Security Card
- CPR card
- Driver's License
- Current Physical (within the last two years, free of communicable diseases)
- PPD
- Criminal Background Check
AAA provides an opportunity for you to work in a variety of situations. We service over 50 nursing homes in the Fairfield and New Haven county areas. We have a strong private duty base due to our quality of care and strength of our staff.
Pediatrics
If you are interested in doing pediatrics you must have experience in the following areas:
- Trachs
- Ventilators
- J tubes
- J pegs
- Mic-key buttons
- NG Tubes
- G Tubes
- Ambu Bag
- CPR Pedriatic Certification
